The hotel is in the central location in the quiet Seapoint district. It has beautifully maintained and brand-new rooms with an iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel television.

It was as expected, had a VERY COMFORTABLE stay for three nights. We loved the comforts of this trendy boutique hotel. We had the king room and it was immaculately clean and huge in our fridge.

actually the room was brand-new and well laid out with a balcony. the location in a very very nice area was secure and there were a market and several stores nearby. sea point district was worth visiting.

Hard-working staff, brand-new and beautifully maintained rooms in my fridge. A huge variety of food at breakfast, such as cereals and fresh fruit. Location next to shops and restaurants, and good restaurant and the ocean. Free parking on-site provided.

my recent stay in cape town was fantastic but my stay at villa rosa was even better. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. the delicious homemade breakfast and their water-saving efforts during the drought really stood out to me. highly recommend!
Missed breakfast time and wished they could have saved some for me.

The hotel in Sea Point was a great find - it offered excellent value for money and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch service. The rooms were comfortable and I loved being able to sit outside in the evening on the nice patio. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options.

I had a wonderfully peaceful stay at this hotel in Sea Point. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, making me feel cradled between the new and old. The attention to detail was impressive, with tea and coffee service in the room and the option to sit outside in the evening on the nice Patio. The breakfast served was simply lovely, and each dish was presented with special care.
